Where should I install the Flare agent?

Install the agent on a separate device used only for signing crypto transactions, not your everyday laptop or phone. If you cannot use a separate machine, use a secondary OS user account dedicated to signing. Installing under your normal daily user causes routine activity to register as pings and leads to false alerts.

You choose channels under Notify: direct integrations (such as Signal, Telegram, or phone) for yourself, and optional external contacts who set up their own integrations. You can also define what trusted people should receive if something triggers, including context like location or instructions you have prepared in advance.
